You will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of AI-powered software products from initial discovery through production deployment and long-term optimization. The role involves building enterprise-grade SaaS platforms, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI copilots, intelligent workflow automation, data processing pipelines, backend APIs, third-party integrations, and high-quality user-facing applications. You will work directly with founders, stakeholders, and clients to understand business objectives, transform ambiguous requirements into clear technical solutions, and create scalable systems that solve real operational challenges. Beyond feature development, you will be responsible for making critical architecture decisions, establishing engineering best practices, ensuring security, reliability, and performance, and maintaining high standards of code quality across projects. You will design systems that can scale with growing customer demands, implement monitoring and observability frameworks, measure the effectiveness of AI features in production, and continuously improve product performance based on real-world usage and business outcomes. This role requires strong technical leadership, product thinking, and execution skills.

Your responsibilities will include implementing secure authentication systems, multi-tenant architectures, billing and subscription workflows, customer dashboards, administrative control panels, role-based access management, and scalable backend APIs. You will work across the entire product stack, creating seamless customer-facing experiences, powerful internal operations tools, and reliable backend infrastructure that supports long-term growth. The role is highly execution-focused and product-driven, requiring you to translate business requirements into production-ready features, optimize system performance, ensure security and reliability, and build foundations that remain maintainable as products evolve, user bases expand, and operational complexity increases. You will collaborate closely with founders, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions that balance user experience, technical excellence, and business impact.

You will serve as the primary link between prospective clients, internal stakeholders, and project delivery teams, ensuring that business opportunities are accurately evaluated, clearly defined, and successfully transitioned into execution. From the first client interaction through project kickoff, you will lead discovery discussions, gather and analyze business requirements, identify project goals, uncover operational challenges, and translate complex client needs into structured technical and commercial proposals. Your responsibilities will include qualifying inbound opportunities, conducting discovery calls, documenting requirements, preparing detailed project briefs, defining scopes of work, creating preliminary budgets and timelines, maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating stakeholder communication, and ensuring that all project information is complete, organized, and actionable. You will work closely with founders, product leaders, engineers, and delivery teams to align client expectations with technical feasibility, business objectives, and available resources. A significant part of the role involves bringing clarity to ambiguous situations by identifying risks, uncovering hidden requirements, recommending solutions, and helping clients shape realistic project plans. You will also support proposal development, resource planning, project prioritization, and project handoff processes to ensure seamless execution. Success in this role requires exceptional written and verbal communication.
