You will serve as the primary link between prospective clients, internal stakeholders, and project delivery teams, ensuring that business opportunities are accurately evaluated, clearly defined, and successfully transitioned into execution. From the first client interaction through project kickoff, you will lead discovery discussions, gather and analyze business requirements, identify project goals, uncover operational challenges, and translate complex client needs into structured technical and commercial proposals. Your responsibilities will include qualifying inbound opportunities, conducting discovery calls, documenting requirements, preparing detailed project briefs, defining scopes of work, creating preliminary budgets and timelines, maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating stakeholder communication, and ensuring that all project information is complete, organized, and actionable. You will work closely with founders, product leaders, engineers, and delivery teams to align client expectations with technical feasibility, business objectives, and available resources. A significant part of the role involves bringing clarity to ambiguous situations by identifying risks, uncovering hidden requirements, recommending solutions, and helping clients shape realistic project plans. You will also support proposal development, resource planning, project prioritization, and project handoff processes to ensure seamless execution. Success in this role requires exceptional written and verbal communication.

Role context

Review inbound project, contact-form, WhatsApp, and chatbot leads and separate serious opportunities from low-fit requests
Prepare discovery notes, scope summaries, budget signals, timeline expectations, and follow-up questions before client calls
Maintain lead status, qualification scores, CRM hygiene, next actions, and handoff checklists across the pipeline
Coordinate communication between founder, client, design, and engineering so every active opportunity has a clear owner
Convert messy client messages into concise briefs with goals, users, features, integrations, risks, and open questions
Track response times, missed follow-ups, stale leads, and conversion blockers, then recommend process improvements
Strong written communication in English and Hindi
Experience with operations, CRM, product management, or client intake
Comfort with Notion, Airtable, spreadsheets, and dashboards
Ability to organize messy requirements into clear next steps
Excellent stakeholder management and follow-up skills
Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
